Car, motorbike and van insurance to quote, buy and manage in the app and on the web.
Telepass Assicura was out of step with the rest of the Telepass ecosystem, in both experience and interface, and its quote flow was tightly constrained by legal requirements. I owned the product on app and web, learning the insurance world in depth and working side by side with the Legal team to make the flow simpler while staying compliant.
WHAT I DID

RESULT
Policies signed each month grew from 300 to over 2,000.
